Our story
Started to fix a gap in how building projects get run.
NRMM Projects PTY LTD was formed to give clients a single, accountable contractor for the full lifecycle of a build. Too many projects fall apart between trades: the tiler blames the plumber, the painter waits on the plasterer, and the client is left managing a schedule they never agreed to.
We run our own crews for core trades and pair them with a vetted network of subcontractors for specialist work like HVAC, so every phase of your build is sequenced, supervised, and signed off before the next one starts.

Structural, finishing, flooring and installation work is coordinated by us, not left for you to manage between contractors.

The price we quote after the site visit is the price on the invoice, barring changes you approve.
